Block of Time

Block Of Time can be purchased in increments of fifteen minutes per Block. The Block Of Time can be used for any type of service(s) provided by E-ssential Networks LLC. It covers everything from planning and installation, remote and on-site support, routine maintenance and upgrades etc. It is a simple and flexible approach to obtain professional computer services for your technology needs without any bindings.

Block of Time Rate Structure

Customers are not charged at the higher rate if the response-time is quicker than requested. The section below summarizes the Block of Time Rate Structure.

Block of Time applies to regular business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM EST. Activities before 8:30 AM and after 5:30 PM,  during weekdays, will be deducted at six blocks per hour. Work performed on Saturdays will be deducted at 8 Blocks per Hour, No Sunday & Holidays. There is a minimum of 4 Blocks of Time deducted for the first hour. After the first deduction, increments of 15 minutes will apply
