A list of error codes or help messages that may appear on a Sirona XG pan. These errors are direct from Sirona support.
| H301 | The rotating element is not in the starting position. (R key, move into starting position) |
| H320 | The exposure parameters have not been acknowledged yet. (R key, confirm exposure data) |
| H321 | Check door contact of the X-ray room. (Close the door) |
| H331 | Pan and Firmware is out of exposures (Connect to pan at https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx where X is IP of pan and click view counter to check exposures left. If needed purchase additional exposure licenses from Patterson Branch. Sirona can give you p/n: for licenses of 50, 100…etc…p/n for 500 licenses is 6130376 but confirm with Sirona p/n and price which you will need to give to Patterson Branch Equipment Specialist who will then create purchase order. After office receives activation code reconnect to web interface of pan and click activation codes to add licenses then click view counter to see added licenses.) |
| H401 | The sensor is not in the appropriate slot for the exposure selected. (Plug sensor into PAN slot) |
| H402 | The sensor is not in the appropriate slot for the exposure selected. (Plug sensor into the CEPH slot.) |
| H403 | SIDEXIS {or Imaging Software} is not ready for exposure. (Switch SIDEXIS {or Imaging Software} to ready for exposure state) |
| H404 | The sensor does not match the selected exposure (Plug in the Ceph Sensor) |
| H406 | Ceph is not in the starting position (R key, move into Ceph starting position.) |
| H420 | The image could not be transferred to SIDEXIS {or Imaging Software}. See SIDEXIS Operator’s Manual. ATTENTION Do not switch off the system until the help message has disappeared. (Get exposure with SiRescue) |
